Tren Cough

Trenbolone acetate has been a miracle drug for me and helped me make some great gains. I did learn that my gains are not as fast as I imagined because my diet is not on point and rest has not been adequate enough. I did experience the worst "tren cough," I've ever experienced. Two nights ago I felt a sharp pain when I pushed the needle in. I did not aspirate and I'm pretty sure I nicked a vein. When I finished injecting the whole syringe I felt the strong urge to cough. Then 30 seconds later I coughed again. Another 30 seconds went by and I couldn't breathe. I yelled for help and my wife came into the room and didn't know what to do and I could not speak. I just grabbed her and she rubbed my back. She knew about tren cough because she saw me go through mild episodes.

Two minutes later I was okay and could breathe right again. I focused on taking short breathes during the agony. It felt like I was being choked by Darth Vader. My lungs felt tight and squeezed. Also I felt like there was a giant boulder on my chest.

I can't wait to finish my last bottle of tren ace. The other night I yelled at the Wendy's drive through worker because he had an attitude and you can tell he hated his job. Also I had no problem being honest with my friends. I am firm believer that you have to control your life and not let shit happen to you. I let him know that his girls left him because he was a little bitch and complain too much. I rather set the standard and not become a follower of losers. If you ain't working hard and I can't learn anything from you, I don't want you around.

On the brighter side and most important note: I've been making progress. My diet has been clean and the followers on my Instagram: @creatingwong have been so supportive and cool. They make me want to push harder because my work motivates people in a way. That feels so amazing. I love answering my direct messages and emails every morning. I've dropped my carbs as low as I could to see how much energy I could manage. It has been hard to stay motivated to lift on my third day of low carbs. I ingested carbs pre and post workout. My refeed last night was fantastic and my energy was back to normal. Today I've been eating low carb. Tomorrow I might start feeling it. But the body will adapt and my low carb days will have to be longer later. Here are my progress pics.

My training partner is holding my new lightsaber I bought at Target on sale. The Luke Skywalker FX light saber is so beautiful and well made. The best $Hundred something I've ever spent.

The before picture is my most favorite photo in the whole entire world of myself. It's me and where I started.

As my waist starts to disappear my back looks bigger. It's an illusion.
My new bottles of test cypionate came in the mail today. It's time to switch from test Ethanate to Test C. Gotta switch compounds every couple months.

This was day one of my low carb attack. I am still puffy but strong.

MY MEALS Lately: Ofcourse they could be cleaner with less fat but it's what I could manage this week. I gotta push harder to eat more and more cleaner. Eating for taste is very addictive and I'm slowly training myself to get over the taste and worry more about nutrients and eating for results. I pack my breakfast and eat it at Starbucks with my iced green tea. I have so many teas from San Francisco. That has helped me a lot with drinking water. I have a new hot water dispenser on my kitchen counter and my new teapot came in the mail today.
